Christina Aguilera’s estranged husband is keen to finalize their divorce.
Jordan Bratman — who split from the Burlesque star last October, with Christina filing papers just days later — has now filed new documents in Los Angeles, citing “irreconcilable differences” and confirmed he does not intend to dispute the break-up.

The 33-year-old music producer also revealed he and 30-year-old Christina have “resolved” matters regarding property, assets and debts, as well privately reaching an agreement for the care of their three-year-old son Max.
Last month, it was claimed Christina had been living with both Jordan and her new boyfriend Matt Rutler at her Beverly Hills home, before her soon-to-be ex-husband decided to move out.
“Thank God Jordan is moving out. It was getting really awkward, but Christina was letting Jordan stay for the sake of Max,” a source said.
