Lindsay Lohan Parties as Felony Theft Charges Loom

Not letting her legal woes get in the way of a good time, Lindsay Lohan attended the Giuseppe Zanotti Design Beverly Hills Store Opening dinner in West Hollywood on Friday night (February 4).

Held at BOA Sunset, the "Mean Girls" starlet spent much of the evening alongside Kanye West while also chatting it up with designer Giuseppe Zanotti and fellow guest Cinzia Zanotti.

The BOA night comes just as it's being reported by TMZ that LiLo will indeed be charged with felony grand theft stemming from allegations that she stole a $2,500 necklace from a west coast jewelry store back on January 22nd.

With the Los Angeles County District Attorney planning to file the charges as soon as this coming Monday (February 7), Lohan is looking at up to three years in prison if found guilty in the case.
